An Israeli company is being sold for $420 million

Israeli technology company Perion, which provides advanced AI-based solutions for digital advertising, has signed a binding merger agreement under which global technology company Affle will acquire it for $11.70 per share in cash. The transaction, which was unanimously approved by Perion’s board of directors, reflects a valuation of approximately $420 million and a premium of 34.5% over the closing price of the stock on October 30, 2026.

Upon completion of the transaction, expected in early 2027 subject to regulatory approvals and the shareholder meeting, Perion will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Affle and will continue to operate under its brand. The company’s shares are expected to be delisted from trading on NASDAQ and the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. The agreement also includes a 40-day “go-shop” period ending on December 11, 2026, allowing the company to solicit alternative acquisition proposals.

Tal Jacobson, CEO of Perion, noted that the transaction marks an important milestone that combines the Perion One platform and the Outmax AI agent with Affle’s global footprint and strong standing in performance-driven mobile advertising.

Affle CEO Anuj Khanna Sohum added that the acquisition will enable the creation of significant synergies and expand operations in e-commerce, retail, and healthcare.

Perion was advised by Canaccord Genuity as financial advisers and by Meitar Law Offices as legal counsel.
